
When people talk about making "Eggs Benedict", they usually talk about difficulty. Listening to this through the years, I developed a sort of "Benedictaphobia" and avoided making Eggs Benedict at all cost. Imagine my surprise, when Stonehurst Place Assistant Innkeeper, Sarah, told me "Eggs Benedict is easy". I decided to put her to the test and had her "Bring it on!" She came in early on Mother's Day and walked me though each step. Served with a side of roasted potatoes and steamed Asparagus, they were delicious! The Hollandaise Sauce was perfect!
